Basic Hog Maw & Chitlin Recipe
1/2 C oil
1/2 C flour
2 C of stock from cooked recipe
1 Tbsp Black pepper
1/2 Tbsp Salt
Hot Sauce (opotional)
Vinegar
Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with stock; Stir until mixed. Add salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet. Dip a portion of hog maws and chitlins in batter. Place in skillet and brown on both sides. Serve with a dash lemon juice and/or vinegar, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
