1 1/2 - 1 3/4 lbs. chicken breast
2 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
1 (16 oz.) can black beans
1(16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1/2 - 3/4 medium white onion finely chopped
1/4 green or red pepper finely chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Add chicken and all other ingredients to large saucepan. Simmer, stirring occassionally, 1-2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through. Remove lid and reduce to desired consistency. Serve topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped onion if desired.
