Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a pot of enough water to cover your sausage.

Boil until cooked through. This should take less than ten minutes. If you aren't sure if its done, cut a slice into one of the sausages and check.

Cut your peppers and onions into slices about 1.5 inches long.

In baking dish place your cut peppers and olive oil.

Bake in oven at 400º for 35 min or until tender.

Grill your sausages until they are crisp on the outside; don't overcook them, remember they are already cooked through.
