1 bunch of turnip greens
1 bunch of mustard greens
1 bunch of collard greens
1 vidalia onion
3-4 cloves chopped garlic
olive oil
2 Ham Hocks
1 box of Swanson low sodium chicken broth
Chilula Hot Sauce
2 Tbs Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and rip all greens into bite size pieces.

In large pot, saute chopped vidalia onion and 3-4 cloves chopped garlic in olive oil, add 2 ham hocks and brown. Add 1 box of Swanson low sodium chicken broth. Add greens and a few drops of Chilula Hot Sauce and 2 Tbs of Worchestershire Sauce. Cook Greens for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Add 1/2 cup of butter and 2 tbs olive oil.
