1 1/4 cup Wesson Oil
2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
3 Tsp. Vanilla
3 cups Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
3 cups Chopped apples (Granny Smith work best)

Sauce for Top of Cake
1 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Milk
1 stick Margarine

Mix and cook together for 3 minutes until sugar is disolved and starts to carmelize. (wait to make sauce until cake is done cooking)

Directions:

Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and soda. Fold in apples. Pour into greased pan. Bake 60-70 minutes @ 350 (toothpick test).

Cool slightly, flip onto plate and poke holes over top and pour sauce over slowly.
