Spritz Cookies Recipe

1 Cup soft Butter
2/3 Cup Sugar
3 Egg Yokes
1 Tsp. Flavoring (Almond or Vanilla)
2 1/2 Cups Sifted Flour


Need a cookie press.

Pre-heat oven to 400.

Mix butter, sugar, egg yokes and flavoring thoroughly.

Work in flour with hands (As dough gets very thick.)
Using only about of the dough at a time, force the
dough through cookie press onto un-greased
baking sheet. Decorate with colored sugar.

Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until set but not brown!

Makes about 6 dozen cookies.

Can omit Almond or Vanilla and use Rum flavoring.
