1 package Old Dutch Puffed Corn
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in a 2 quart saucepan, cook on medium heat until mixture has melted.

Once mixture has melted add the baking soda. (This will cause the mixture to foam)

Pour puffed corn into a large roaster pan. Pour caramel mixture over the puffed corn and stir until mixed.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring mixture at least every 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, pour on wax paper and break apart. Let cool. Store in airtight containers.
