elbow macaroni, american cheese 8-10 slices, 3-4 slices cheddar cheese, 1/4 c milk, 2 Tbsp butter, 1/4 c sour cream, 1 tsp. ground mustard, 1/6 cup sugar. Salt & pepper to taste.

cook 2 cups (approx.) macaroni in boiling water 10-12 min. Drain and rinse under cool water. Return to pan stir in butter, milk, sour cream. Add american cheese 1 slice at a time. After this add cheddar in small amounts stirring constantly. Then add mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat until all cheeses are melted and taste to see if it is to your liking.

Cheese can be as little as 8 slices up to 12 slices depending on how cheesy you want it. You can also bake it for about 20 minutes at 350 in a buttered pan. Depends on how hungry you are when you fix it.
