8 cabbage leaves
1 lb. hamburger
1 cup rice, cooked
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook head of cabbage in boiling water until you can remove 8 leaves. Let cool and remove the thick vein.

Combine the hamburger, rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper with 2 Tbsp. tomato soup. Divide among the 8 leaves, roll up and secure with a toothpick; place in pan.
Cover with tomato soup mixed with 1/4 cup ketchup.

Bake at 375º for 1 hour. Add more soup if necessary.
