1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic (minced)
6 c. water
5 (low sodium) beef bullion cubes
1 c. dry red wine
1 14oz can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce or puree
1 c. sliced carrots
2 potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. zucchini (cubed)
1 c. green pepper (sliced/cubed)
1 can kidney beans (rinsed)
1- 4.5 oz package of frozen cheese tortellini

Directions:
Directions:
If sausage are links, remove casings. If not brown sausage over med-low heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until tender (about 4 min). Add the rest of the ingredients (except tortellini). Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat until veggies are tender. Stir occasionally.

Add tortellini 30 min prior to serving.
