1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/8 c. cilantro
1 serrano pepper
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil, and juices in a bowl. Finely chop cilantro, serrano pepper and garlic together. Add to bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.

Place chicken or other meat in a large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any leftover marinade.

Grill or bake to desired doneness.
