Sweet & Sour Pork Tenderloin Recipe

4 lb pork tenderloin
1 c. water
1/2c. ketchup
2 tbl brown sugar
2 tbl soy sauce
3 tbl malt vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
1 tsp dijon mustard
3-4 cloves garlic
Yukon gold potatoes
Cut up carrots

In a crock pot place cut up potatoes and carrots on bottom. Place pork tenderloin over the veggies. Mix all the remaining ingred. and pour over pork (use more ketchup for a thicker sauce). Set crock pot on high for 6 hours.

2nd recipe:
With your left over pork from above, pull the pork until it is shredded to your liking. Mix with sweet baby rays bbq sauce. Place in oven at 350 until heated through. Eat on kaiser roll! Delicious!!!
