Vegetables- To be stirred into 2 oz of Olive Oil

¼ clove Garlic chopped very fine
1 ½ cups Onions chopped very fine
1 cup Celery chopped very fine
1 cup Green pepper chopped very fine

Simmer for a few minutes then add the above to 2 cans of tomatoes, also add a little salt and Tabasco…

After the veggies are done above add the following:

1 tsp Thyme
1/2tsp Oregano
½ tsp Nutmeg
3 tbsp Chicken Base
2 tbsp Sugar (add this last)
Salt (to taste)

Cook the above sauce for 45 minutes…


Chopped Bacon, chopped sausage, cayenne pepper, tabasco and chili pepper….

This should all be fried together and when cooked you mix the sauce in a dish and bake in the oven for minutes on a HIGH, HIGH heat temp.
