3 (8 oz ea) cream cheese, room temperature
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 pint heavy cream


Graham Cracker Crust
Whipped topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and beat
well. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into crust and bake at 325º for 1 hour. Cool, and chill overnight. Add whipped topping if desired.
