3 (8 oz ea) cream cheese, room temperature
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 pint heavy cream

Graham Cracker Crust
Whipped topping (optional)

Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and beat
well. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into crust and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Cool, and chill overnight. Add whipped topping if desired.
