BOIL EGGS TILL HARDBOILED APPROX. 30 MINS.

RINSE EGGS UNDER COOL WATER AND PEEL

CUT EGGS IN HALVES AND SCOOP OUT YELLOW YOLKS

PUT ASIDE YOLKS IN BOWL AND PUT WHITE HALFS ON PLATTER

CUT YELLOW YOLK COARSELY WITH KNIFE
MIX ABOUT 4 TBL SPOONS OF MAYO WITH YOLKS, A COUPLE DASHES OF PARIKA, ABOUT 10 SPLASHES OF HOT SAUCE, AND A DASH OF SALT. (MIX TO TASTE)
I USUALLY USE A FORK TO MIX

SPOON MIXTURE INTO WHITE HALVES WITH TBL. SPOON
SPRINKLE TOPS OF EGGS WITH PAPRIKA CHILL AND SERVE!
