1 cup cinnamon
1 cup plain applesauce
toothpicks
ribbon or raffia
assorted cookie cutters

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix the cinnamon and applesauce to make dough. Dust rolling pin with cinnamon and roll dough until 1/2 to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheet. Use a toothpick to make a hole in the top of the ornament. Bake at 200º for 1-2 1/2 hours or until hard. They may also be air dried for several days; turning them over carefully each day.
Tie a ribbon or raffia through hole to form onament hanger. Can be used as a tree ornament or package decoration.
