3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 lb ground spicy sausage
1 pint sauerkraut, drained
3/4 c Thousand Island dressing
8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
dash of parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Partially boil potatoes and drain. Preheat oven to 350º. Brown sausage in skillet; drain. Mix potatoes, sausage, sauerkraut and dressing in a baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes.
