Pie Crust
3 Cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup + 2 Tbsp Vegetable Margarine
1/3 Cup Cold water


Filling
1 quart raspberries
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
Cut margarine into flour and salt until fine and crumbly. Add cold water. This makes a double crust for a 9 inch pie.
Prepare filling
Mix flour and sugar together then fold in fresh raspberries. Put filling in crust. Top with another crust which has been vented.
Bake at 425º until lightly browned (about 25 minutes) then turn heat down to 375º and bake 35 minutes more
Note to keep edges of pie from becoming to brown, cover with strips of foil or wet cheese cloth
