6 medium white scalloped squash, peeled, remove seeds, cube and boil until tender.
1 # peeled & devained shrimp (small)
1 large onion
1 cup bread crumbs
1 stick butter or margarine
Salt, pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 quart pot melt 1/2 of the butter and place the squash in pot. Add onions and seasoning, cook down for about 30 minutes add shrimp. Cook for 20 more minutes, stir in 1/2 of the bread crumbs.
Place in a 2 quart casserole, sprinkle top with the remaining bread crumbs. With the remaining butter, make little pats on top of the bread crumbs. Bake in oven for about 30-40 minutes.
