2 lbs green zucchini
1 Tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 egg yolk (beaten )
1 tablespoon chives
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon Scotch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini in salted boiling water until tender crisp. Drain and place in greased 11/2 quart casserole,
Melt butter in saucepan stir in sour cream cheese salt & paprika cook stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Remove from heat
stir in egg yolk & chives. Stir into zucchini mixture.
Toss some crackers crumbs in the melted butter.
Cover zucchini with crumbs mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes
spread Scotch on top and serve.
