3 lbs. Shrimp or Crawfish
1 block butter
1 - onion
1 - bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
garlic
2 tsp. Crab boil
1 - can cream of mushroom soup
1 - can cream of shrimp
1 - 8 oz. Velvetta cheese
1 - 8 or 12 oz. Fettuccine noodles or Linguine noodles

Boil noodles. Drain and set aside. Saute onions, garlic, bell pepper and celery in butter. Add shrimp and let simmer until shrimp are pink. Add cream of mushroom and cream of shrimp, let simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Add Velvetta cheese and cook until melted. Mix with noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 5 minutes.

You can use deboned chicken instead of shrimp.
When using chicken, use either a can of rotel or another cream of mushroom. Do away with the cream of shrimp.
