3 lbs. potatoes (peeled and boiled until tender)
1 can reduced sodium chicken broth
1 block butter
1/2 pint Whipping cream
1 pint half/half
onions and celery
Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add onions and celery; cook and stir until tender. Add whipping cream, half/half, and chicken broth. Bring just to boil, stirring constantly. Add potatoes and slightly crush potatoes with back of spoon. Reduce heat to medium-low, stirring frequently. Let cook until desire constancy, top with cheese, bacon bits, green onions and sour cream.
