1 can water packed tuna or chicken
1/3 c chopped cucumber
1/3 c chopped tomato
1/3 c chopped avocado
1/3 c chopped celery
1/3 c chopped radishes
1 c chopped Romaine lettuce

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt, pepper, and sweetner to taste

Layer the tuna or chicken and all the vegetables. Mix and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
