1 unbaked pie crust



7 - 8 medium apples
1/2 c white sugar
1 lb flour
1 tsp cinnamon


Topping:
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples. Put in unbaked pie crust. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle on apples. Mix topping and drizzle on entire pie. Put in paper grocery bag and bake at 400º for 1 hour.

I usually staple the bag shut and then put it on a cookie sheet while it bakes to catch any juice that leaks from the bag.
