2 pkg crescent rolls



Filling:
2 (8 oz ea) pkg cream cheese
1 c white sugar
1 egg yolk (reserve white)
1 tsp vanilla



Topping:
1/2 c white sugar (I use less)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In greased 9 X 13 pan, lay out 1 pkg crescent rolls. Beat filling together and spread over top. Lay second pkg crescent rolls on top of filling. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes. Cool before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
