1 1/2 lb stew meat, cut up
1 c celery, cut up
6 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 to 4 potatoes, cubed
3 tbsp instant tapioca minute pudding
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 cups tomatoes

Directions:
Bake at 250º for 5 hours, or at 350º for 3 hours. This can also be cooked in the crock pot. Enjoy!
