1 can (10 3/4 oz)condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 container (8oz) sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1 package (30ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Grease rectangular baking dish.
Mix soups, sour cream, milk and pepper in very large bowl. Stir in potatoes and onions. Spoon into baking dish.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Then bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly around the edges.

That's right Yut, it does have SOUR CREAM. And I ate it and it was good. I didn't know it was in there at the time though, or I wouldn't have eaten it. (ha)
