3/4 cup Reese’s Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

semi-sweet or milk chocolate baking pieces

Heat oven to 350º.

Beat peanut butter and shortening in large bowl with electric mixer until well mixed. Add sugars; beat well. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat until fluffy.

Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to peanut butter mixture. Beat until blended.

Shape into 1/2-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar, place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until set. Immediately press Mini Kiss into center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.

Variation: For large cookies, shape dough into 1-inch balls. Bake 10 minutes or until set. Place 3 Mini Kisses in center of each cookie. Cool completely.
