1 lb. of ground beef
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 small onion diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh mushrooms - optional
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil till translucent - about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue cooking 5 minutes more. Add hamburger, salt and pepper and stir to a crumbly texture and no longer pink. Add soup, sour cream and worchestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 15 minutes more.

Serve over rice or noodles

You can use meatballs or left over steak (thin sliced). For a more leaner variety, try using ground turkey.
