Chicken Murphy Recipe

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 eggs
1 cup fresh mushrooms
bread crumbs
1 jar peppers salad (in vinegar)
2 cans pimentos
garlic salt and lemon pepper to taste

Saute mushrooms - set aside.

Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch.

Dip chicken in lightly beaten egg mixture and then in bread crumbs.

Fry chicken in small amount of oil. When you turn the cutlets add mushrroms, peppers and pimentos.
Add garlic salt and lemon pepper to taste.
Add 4-5 tablespoons of the vinegar from the jar.
