1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1tbsp oil
2 c cubed potatoes
2 c sliced carrots
1/2 c water
2 c each sliced mushrooms and onions
1/4 c balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir meat in oil in skillet on high heat 2 min or until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add potatoes, carrots and water to skillet. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 min or until vegetables are tender. Stir in mushrooms, onions, dressing and meat; cook and stir on high heat 5 min or until heated through.
