1 tsp vegetable oil
1 pouch (1cup) frozen Boca Meatless Ground Burger
6 green onions with topps, chopped
1 egg lightly beaten
2 c cooked Minute Premium White Rice
1 can (6.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
2tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add ground burger and onions, cook and stir 3 min. Spoon burger mixture to one side of skillet. Add egg to other side of skillet. Cook until set, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients, mix all ingredients in skillet until well blended. Cook 5 min or until heated through, stirring frequently.
