1 can beef broth
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing
1 12oz. beer
1 jar pepperoncini peppers (stems removed)
1 chuck roast
French Bread
Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place your roast in the slow cooker. Add all your ingredients. Cook 6-8 hours. Shred the beef with a fork and serve it on top a slice of french bread, topped with a slice of provolone cheese.

I always pull out the roast early and shred it and let it cook about an hour in the juice, for added spicyness.
