1 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the Crisco, sugar, pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture. Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes. Top with your favorite icing.
