5 lb bag of potatoes
2 cans cream chicken soup
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 small container sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
1. Par boil potatoes and let cool
2. Peel and slice
3. Layer potatoes in 9 x 13 casserole dish
4. In large saucepan combine soup, cheese and sour cream
5. Cook on medium heat and stir until creamy
6. Poor creamy mixture over potatoes
7. Bake @ 350 for about 30 minutes
