Crepes:
1 C flour
1/8 t baking powder
dash salt
1 T butter, melted
1 egg
1 C milk



Filling:

1 onion
1 T chopped garlic
1 t lime juice
2 blocks cream cheese
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess water
1 pkg sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
- To make crepes: mix flour, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, milk. Pour even 6-inch wide crepes until batter is gone, cooking on medium-heat griddle. Let cool in fridge.
- To make spinach mixture: Saute onions and garlic, add spinach and lime juice. Add one block cream cheese. Set aside
- To make mushroom mixture: Saute mushrooms, add other block cream cheese.
- Stack crepes, spreading alternating fillings, until crepes are gone. Keep warm in oven, slice like a pie and serve.
