2 (16 oz ea) California blend vegetable (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots) Even more flavorful if each cooked fresh.

8 to 10 oz velveeta cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 roll of Ritz Crackers (30ea,) crushed
Durkee's Onion Rings

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables 8 minutes. Drain and put into casserole dish. Melt 1/2 stick butter with cheese. Pour over vegetables. Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with crackers. Sprinkle over top. Top with Durkee's Onion Rings. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
