2 BONELESS CHOPS CUT INTO 1/2 IN. CUBES
1 TSP.OIL
1 1/2 TSP. GROUND CUMIN
1/4 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
1 C. COOKED WILD RICE
1 CAN (16 OZ.) NAVY BEANS, DRAINED
1 CAN (16 OZ.) CHICKPEAS, DRAINED
1 CAN (4 OZ.) DICED GREEN CHILES, DRAINED
1 CAN (16 OZ.) WHITE KERNAL CORN, DRAINED
1 TSP. HOT PEPPER SAUCE
2 CANS (14 1/2 OZ.) CHICKEN BROTH
SERVE WITH CHOPPED PARSLEY

IN 4 QT. SAUCEPAN, SAUTE' ONIONS AND PORK IN OIL OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT UNTIL ONIONS ARE SOFT AND PORK LIGHTLY BROWNED, ABOUT 5 MINUTES. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT PARSLEY. COVER AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. SERVE EACH PORTION GARNISHED WITH CHOPPED PARSLEY.
