4 c. raw peanuts (or pecans)
1 c. cold water
2 c. white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and continue stirring and cooking until all liquid moisture has bee absorbed by peanuts (about 30 minutes). Spread mixture on a baking pan or dish (make sure peanuts are broken apart) and roast in 200º oven for about 45-55 minutes.
