1 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 t. soda
1 T. Lemon flavoring
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crisco and sugar. Add eggs and flavoring. Combine flour and soda and add to first mixture alternately with the milk. Chill dough. Roll out on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutter and bake in 350º oven 8-10 minutes until lightly golden around the edges. Adjust cooking time according to thickness of your dough.
