Crumb Mixture:
1/2 c. cold Land O Lakes Butter
1-1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 T. grated orange peel
1/2 c. chopped cand. pineapple

Filling:
8-oz. soft cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In 1-1/2 qt. bowl cut butter in chunks. Add remaining ingredients of crumb mixture. Beat low speed 1-2 minutes. Reserve 1/2 c. of this mixture. Press remainder into 8" square dish. Bake at 350º 12-17 minutes. Combine all filling ingredients except pineapple. Beat at medium speed 1-2 minutes until fluffy. Stir in pineapple. Spread over hot crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Place in oven 15-20 minutes. Cool thoroughly
