Personal Notes:
This is a recipe from a grilling book that I have.

I've sized it all the way up to 4 lbs. of chicken breast and 2 lbs of chicken thighs for a total of 6 pounds of chicken (I grind my own chicken, I grind the bell peppers with the chicken). I find that the thighs make the burgers a little more juicier and a little easier on the pocket book. I've also added a little breadcrumbs or more doritos if the mixture is to wet.
