4 egg whites
1 pinch salt
1-1/3 cups sugar
1 12-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º first. Mix egg whites, sugar and salt and beat until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Turn off and let cookies set for 6 hours. NOTE: They can be left in turned off oven overnight. Sometimes called "Forgotten Cookies"
