Crumb Mixture:
1-1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 t. rum extract
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds

Filling:
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
2 T. flour
1/2 t. rum extract
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine all ingredients for crumb mixture except almonds. Beat at low speed until mixture is crumbly. Stir in almonds. Press into ungreased 9" square baking pan. Bake near center of oven 12-18 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Meanwhile, in 1-qt saucepan combine all filling ingredients except coconut and almonds. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Stir in coconut and almonds. Pour over hot crust. Return to oven and continue baking for 11-16 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
