1 pkg. of frozen cheese blintzes (6 blintzes in 1 pkg.)
1 stick of melted unsalted margarine
2 eggs
1 c. of sour cream
1 tsp. of vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in baking dish and roll blintzes in it. Blend all other ingredients and pour mixture over blintzes.
Bake in uncovered baking dish at 350º for 45 min. or until golden brown.
Delish as a breakfast entree!
