Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 stick marg., softened at room temp
3 T. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. sweetened cocoa mix
2/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in flour and cocoa mixing until thoroughly blended. With spatula, stir in finely chopped nuts. Chill dough. Shaped dough into 3/4" (I find the large end of a melon ball scoop handy for this step). Place 2" apart on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350º. Frost when cool. Makes 3 dozen. (I have made them even smaller by using the small end of the scoop). Mocha Frosting: Combine 2 T. margarine, melted with 1 T. milk in which 1/4 t. cinnamon and 1/2 t. instant coffee have been dissolved and 3/4-1 c. powdered sugar. Dip tops of cookies in this and set on wire rack to dry.

Personal Notes:
This is one of my most popular cookies and is one of the recipes I've had the longest. Sometimes I freeze the cookies, thawing and frosting them later.
