1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
butter and orange peeling
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with grated dried orange peeling and dot with butter. Bake in 350º oven 45 minutes, until firm to the touch but not dry

This is a recipe of Dolie Long Mobley. She save and dried orange peeling and crushed for this pie by pounding with a hammer on an iron shoe last.
