1 9-inch pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
2 whole eggs
2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and place in pie shells. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes. Meringue: Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Ad 4 t. sugar. Beat in well. Put on top of pie and bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
