2-1/2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. vinegar
1 c. shortening (Crisco)
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, salt and shortening. Mix together egg, water, vinegar, and add to flour. Mix well. Form into ball. Wrap in wax paper. Chill. Rolls easilty for pie crusts, tarts, dumplings. Makes 2 pie crusts.
