1 pkg lime jello (small packages)
1 pkg cherry jello
1 pkg lemon jello
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
8 oz cream cheese
small can crushed, drained, pineapple
1/2 pint whipping cream or cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare lime jello as directed on package and pour on bottom of pan. Set. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows, 8 oz cream cheese. Beat mixture. Add small can crushed, drained, pineapple when jello gets thick. Add cool whip or 1/2 pint whipped cream. Do not add sugar. Pour over set lime. Let lemon jello set. Cover with cherry jello that has been prepared as directed on box and set till soupy. Pour on top and set. Cut into squares to serve.

I made this often for Christmas when the children were young, but as they grew older they preferred other food and began leaving the jello untouched at Christmas dinner. It does look nice on the table when served on a lettuce leaf and on a separate small plate at each place.
